I was informed that Helen A. Brabowicz Taylor passed away today from Covid
19 with a co-morbiditiy of Leukemia. Helen had been living in
Gilbert, AZ. Helen's older sister
Rosemary Grabowicz Davis
graduated from WHS in 1966. Her older brother
John J. Grabowicz II, graduated from

Helen Ann Grabowicz Taylor of Gilbert,
Arizona, was born on January 18, 1956, daughter of Daniel and Matilda
Grabowicz in Chicago, Illinois, and passed away on December 3, 2020.
Helen grew up in Wheeling, Illinois, graduating from Wheeling High School. There, she played flute in the band. She graduated early, earned her Associate Degree in nursing from Harper College, and started her career at age 19. She was still working and planning to retire after 45 years in the nursing field. At 21, she was introduced and baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. At 25, she met and married Wallace Taylor. They raised 6 children. She was a lover of animals, especially her cats. She is preceded in death by her parents Daniel and Matilda Grabowicz, and brother James Grabowicz. She is survived by her sister Rosemary Davis, brother John J. Grabowicz II; son: Wallace S. Taylor II (Kendall); daughters: Natalie Miller (Nathan), Lauren Taylor, Renee Taylor (Ashley), Andrea Taylor, Marcelle Kimble (Adam); 9 grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. Visitation will begin on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 9:45 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1150 W Elliot Rd, Gilbert AZ 85233, with the funeral service at 11:00 am. For those attending in person, we will be wearing masks and continue to social distance while in the building and seated in the chapel. The WHS Class of 1974 has lost another classmate, John C. Helger '74
passed away this last Sunday, 10/18/2020. No further details are

I'm sorry to report this so belatedly, but I only just was informed that
Michael C. Jaske passed way on May 11, 2020. Mike's older brother Ed Jaske graduated in 1971. There
were three other Jaske siblings but I think they graduated after 1976.

DePoy, passed away 06/11/2020 in FL.

The class of 1974 has surrendered another classmate to the hands of God.
Mark John Adelizzi, passed away March 26, 2020. Mark had been
previously diagnosed with cancer of the liver and intestines back in 2018.
Mark was the owner of FlatOut Gaskets of Mundelein, IL, which were high
performance automotive gaskets for racing vehicles.
