10/16/2006 Mary McCall News from Mary McCall

Four years ago, after working 26 years as a physical therapist, I had a "mid-life career change" and took on the position of Pastoral Ministries Coordinator for St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, here in New Port Richey.  I am currently finishing my second year of a three year graduate program, working towards a Master's Degree in Pastoral Management and Administration.  Life is busy, but so very good.  It would be great if all '72 graduates now living in Florida could get together.  Any interest?  Mary McCall Miller

09/11/2006 Ron Knight Hi everyone,

Whether you are an Antioch resident, and like the idea of supporting an event to raise money to develop Antioch's first combined village/township park (the Tim Osmond Sports Park), or you just like a great deal/great music - $5 cover to see 3 bands, 3:00 pm till 10:00 pm- then this is the event for you!

On Saturday, beginning at 3:00 pm at the Antioch bandshell (behind Main Street, back of what used to be the Village Pub), the Village and various sponsors are hosting "ParkPalooza!", and all day music event with food, beer, pop, etc. All funds raised go to develop the land purchased on Depot Street for the Tim Osmond Sports Park.

Our friends, "The Alcatraz Rivals" will kick off the event from 3-4:30 with their 3-piece, youthful, energetic and original music, harkening back to the earlier days of punk rock. From 5:30 - 7:00, local favorites "The Barstool Soldiers" will perform their combination of well-known songs and audience interaction, and to cap off the evening, the six members of Crow's Feet will take the stage from 8-10:00 pm to rock you with music from the late 60's/early 70's that you are sure to know and enjoy.

Hope some of you can make it, stay for all the music, and then join us at the Double Eagle afterwards where we plan to relax and continue the party!

I've attached a flyer to post on your refrigerator, if you need a reminder!

Warm regards, Donna Abear for Crow's Feet band http://www.crowsfeetband.com/

05/05/2006 Barbara Bieg News from Barbara Bieg :

Brief history: I am divorced and have two children, Doug-28 and married, Katie 24 and both are graduates from the University of Arizona. No grandchildren, don't feel old enough for that. After working 23 years at Fry's Foods I had to go on disability, due to health problems. I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis since I was 30. I blame it on running behind the bug spray truck, dumb kids. I have taken up some great hobbies, and stay very busy, traveling and painting. Look forward to the next reunion.

01/01/2006   Happy New Year!  There are still 235 member of the Class of 1972 missing.
