Hi everyone, Whether you are an Antioch resident, and like the idea of supporting an event to raise money to develop Antioch's first combined village/township park (the Tim Osmond Sports Park), or you just like a great deal/great music - $5 cover to see 3 bands, 3:00 pm till 10:00 pm- then this is the event for you! On Saturday, beginning at 3:00 pm at the Antioch bandshell (behind Main Street, back of what used to be the Village Pub), the Village and various sponsors are hosting "ParkPalooza!", and all day music event with food, beer, pop, etc. All funds raised go to develop the land purchased on Depot Street for the Tim Osmond Sports Park. Our friends, "The Alcatraz Rivals" will kick off the event from 3-4:30 with their 3-piece, youthful, energetic and original music, harkening back to the earlier days of punk rock. From 5:30 - 7:00, local favorites "The Barstool Soldiers" will perform their combination of well-known songs and audience interaction, and to cap off the evening, the six members of Crow's Feet will take the stage from 8-10:00 pm to rock you with music from the late 60's/early 70's that you are sure to know and enjoy. Hope some of you can make it, stay for all the music, and then join us at the Double Eagle afterwards where we plan to relax and continue the party! I've attached a flyer to post on your refrigerator, if you need a reminder! Warm regards, Donna Abear for Crow's Feet band http://www.crowsfeetband.com/Click on image for larger view |
